Job summary

New Strategy AI on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a hands-on engineer who lives in Claude Code & Claude Projects. You’ll translate client meetings into shipped work, implement changes, test and ship, and improve client systems every month.

You’re not a junior who waits for tickets. You own the stack, raise the bar on UI, security and reliability, and communicate clearly with successful founders, in writing, on the phone, or in person.

Responsibilities

• Live in Claude Code. Most of your day is building, testing & shipping inside it.
• Implement changes to client systems agreed in client meetings.
• Keep improving our monthly service clients’ systems.
• Raise the bar on everything we build: UI design, security & reliability.
• Report daily across multiple communication channels.
• Audit our own workflows and write better SOPs, so our fulfilment improves every week.
• Answer non-technical, successful founders with confidence & clarity.
