Commonwealth Bank seeks a curious and motivated professional to help deliver the future of AI across the COO. Reporting to the Executive Manager, AI, Data & Analytics Strategy, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects that improve customer experience and business performance.

Qualifications

Experience in business strategy consulting or corporate strategy functions is preferred.
Strong problem-solving ability with structured, hypothesis-led thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborative approach with the confidence to influence across matrix structures.

Responsibilities

Support the development, refinement and execution of COO's Data, Analytics and AI strategy.
Identify opportunities and translate strategic priorities into practical initiatives delivering measurable value.
Manage defined strategic projects with problem definition, research, analysis and recommendations.
Prepare executive-ready insights, business cases and governance materials for decisions.
Coordinate AI strategy rhythms, planning activities and reporting to executives.
Contribute to roadmaps, delivery plans and success metrics for value realisation.
Partner with COO teams to support AI adoption and organisational readiness.
