Job summary

Madison Group Enterprises is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to collaborate with finance, sales and procurement on mapping processes and building AI-enabled solutions. You will translate business needs into blueprint designs, deliver end-to-end implementations, and drive adoption across teams.

You’ll work with Claude, Power BI, Azure, Databricks and Foundry, reporting to the AI Delivery Manager and contributing to the AI Implementation Roadmap.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in a Business Analyst, Process Improvement, or Solutions Analyst career.
• Experience in finance, supply chain or operations is desirable.
• Daily use of AI tools; able to discuss AI platforms, models, capabilities and limits.

Responsibilities

• Embed with business teams to document current processes and design future state.
• Translate business requirements into clear solution designs for build.
• Build solutions using Claude, Power BI, Azure, Databricks and Foundry.
• Own stakeholder relationships: demos, training, UAT, adoption.
• Some BAU analytics and self-serve reporting; occasional ad hoc requests.
