SuperIT is building AI-powered IT services to transform how IT issues are resolved and how services are delivered to businesses. The software engineer will work closely with the founders to design and implement a platform supporting millions of devices and real-time IT support.

The role spans the full development cycle, including customer discussions, scoping, planning, development, testing, documentation, deployment and user feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in startup/scaleup software environments with multi-year track record.
• Proven ability to own projects from scoping to delivery with data-backed decisions.
• Comfortable with full-stack development and collaborating with founders and early customers.

Responsibilities
