Qualifications

• Experience in full AI project lifecycle, from research to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and threat modeling.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with AI governance and data privacy regulations.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS).
• Experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar LLM frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and custom embeddings.
• Experience with secure MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift, Ansible, Kubernetes.
• Experience with data engineering and large-scale datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven security solutions.
• Secure AI/ML systems, models, and data pipelines against adversarial threats.
• Collaborate with security analysts, incident response teams, data scientists, ML engineers and DevOps.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models to adapt to evolving threats.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and AI governance frameworks.
• Build automation pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Stay current with emerging threats and AI security research.
