• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents in production workflows.
• Ability to review AI-generated code for correctness, performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-quality features across frontend and backend systems.
• Use AI coding agents as a primary development tool to generate, test, and iterate code.
• Provide context, standards and domain knowledge to AI agents to ensure high quality outputs.
• Critically review AI generated code for correctness, performance, security and architectural fit.
• Maintain and improve automated test coverage and advise on technical debt.
