Job summary

We offer a permanent full-time position with hybrid work arrangements in Sydney / Warrane and opportunities to influence strategic model risk challenges across the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience working with AI models, including ML and generative AI.
• Background in model validation, development or related analytical discipline.
• Programming with Python, SQL, R or SAS.
• Ability to influence and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent model validations across the group.
• Partner with business and risk teams to ensure governance of AI models.
• Contribute to evolving model risk management practices and guidance.
