Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years designing, developing, testing and maintaining software.
• Strong Python skills and experience with Node.js or C#/.NET.
• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or scikit-learn.
• Experience developing APIs and working with SQL databases.
• Understanding of version control, software architecture, testing practices and debugging.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Desirable: experience with LangGraph, LangChain or Flowise.

Responsibilities

• Study business requirements and produce technical specifications and software designs.
• Deliver and support software in Node.js, Python, C#/.NET and C++.
• Integrate AI functionality using large language models and frameworks.
• Develop ML models including preprocessing, feature selection, training and evaluation.
• Implement sentiment analysis, image processing and NLP where needed.
• Develop APIs and database integrations to connect systems.
• Perform unit and integration testing, fix defects and conduct code reviews.
• Prepare technical specifications, system documentation and testing records.
