Job summary

FourQuarters Recruitment is seeking an engineer who enjoys the intersection of AI, software engineering and product development. You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, rapidly test ideas and turn promising concepts into reliable, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.

From leveraging large language models and building AI agents to integrating models into existing systems, you will own the journey from initial idea through to production and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered software to production.
• Strong Python and backend API development skills.
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions with guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development from problem definition to deployment and iteration.
• Develop apps using LLMs, retrieval augmented generation, AI agents and related tech.
• Build robust, secure systems performing reliably in real-world environments.
• Validate ideas quickly and turn experiments into production-grade applications.
• Connect AI capabilities with APIs, databases, and existing platforms.
• Write clean code and implement testing, CI, deployment, monitoring and observability.
• Evaluate model quality, latency, reliability, and cost, with pragmatic trade-offs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business stakeholders to translate problems into solutions.
