You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, rapidly test ideas and turn promising concepts into reliable, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.

From leveraging large language models and building AI agents to integrating models into existing systems, you will own the journey from initial idea through to production and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered software to production.
• Strong Python and backend API development skills.
• Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions with guardrails.

Responsabilités

• Participate in end-to-end development from problem definition to deployment and iteration.
• Develop apps using LLMs, retrieval augmented generation, AI agents and related tech.

• Validate ideas quickly and turn experiments into production-grade applications.

This role is for an engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of AI, software engineering and product development. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, rapidly test ideas and turn promising concepts into reliable, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.

From leveraging large language models and building AI agents to integrating models into existing systems, you will own the journey from initial idea through to production and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Play a role in the end to end development lifecycle, from problem definition and prototyping through to deployment, monitoring and iteration.
• Develop applications using large language models, retrieval augmented generation, AI agents and other relevant AI technologies.
• Build robust, secure and maintainable systems that perform reliably in real world environments.
• Rapidly validate ideas, test assumptions and turn successful experiments into production grade applications.
• Connect AI capabilities with APIs, databases, internal platforms and existing business systems.
• Write clean, testable code and implement appropriate testing, continuous integration, deployment, monitoring and observability practices.
• Evaluate model quality, latency, reliability and cost, making pragmatic trade offs to deliver the best outcomes.
• Work with product, engineering and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into practical technical solutions.

Experience We Are Looking For

• Proven experience building and shipping software applications, ideally with hands on experience delivering AI powered solutions into production.
• Experience building AI agents and multi step AI workflows.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including proficiency in Python and experience building APIs and backend services.
• Practical experience with large language models, model APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, embeddings and vector search.
• Experience deploying applications to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with production engineering practices, including testing, monitoring, continuous integration, deployment, security and system reliability.
• An understanding of how to evaluate AI solutions critically, recognise their limitations and implement appropriate safeguards.
• A pragmatic, delivery focused mindset. You know when to experiment, when to simplify and when a solution is ready to ship.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks and orchestration tools such as LangGraph or similar technologies.
• Experience with model evaluation, large language model observability, guardrails and production AI testing.
