As an AI Engineer, you will design, build and deploy conversational and agentic AI applications, working across the full engineering lifecycle from design and prototyping through to production deployment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in AI, ML or software engineering with hands-on generative AI work.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering.
• Experience with LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing RAG frameworks and pipelines.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings and semantic search.
• Strong RESTful API design, development and integration.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Opportunity

As an AI Engineer, you will design, build and deploy sophisticated conversational and agentic AI solutions that orchestrate data, workflows and decisions. You will work across the full engineering lifecycle from solution design and prototyping through to integration, deployment and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to solve complex problems, experiment with emerging technologies and help customers move AI solutions into production.

What You Will Do

• Design, build and deploy conversational and agentic AI applications, to develop high-quality, modular and maintainable solutions using Python. Build solutions using large language models, LangChain and other orchestration frameworks.

What We Are Looking For

• At least two years of experience across AI engineering, machine learning engineering or software engineering, including hands-on experience developing generative AI solutions.


• Strong Python development skills.


• Practical experience working with large language models and prompt-engineering techniques.


• Experience with LangChain or comparable LLM orchestration frameworks.


• Experience designing and implementing RAG frameworks and pipelines.


• Hands‑on knowledge of vector databases, embeddings and semantic search.


• Strong experience designing, developing and integrating RESTful APIs.


• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
