Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive AI-enabled product delivery across our road safety technology portfolio. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, customers and AI-enabled workflows, turning complex information into clear requirements and priorities while collaborating with engineering teams on architecture, security and delivery decisions.

The role is permanent, full-time and hybrid, with flexibility to work from home and at our South Melbourne

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in product, technology, business, systems, data, engineering or a related discipline.
5+ years' experience across technical product management, product ownership or technology delivery.
Strong technical literacy across architecture diagrams, API specifications, compliance frameworks and vendor proposals.
Familiarity with AI workflows and platforms such as Atlas Cloud, Claude Code, Power Automate or Chrome MCP.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft 365; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

Own product outcomes across one or more customer-facing programs.
Translate customer, operational and technical needs into clear PRDs, Jira backlog items and decision records.
Use AI-enabled workflows for requirements synthesis and documentation.
Work with engineering teams on architecture, integration, security and delivery decisions.
Maintain visibility across scope, risks, dependencies, quality and outcomes.
Prepare clear executive, customer-facing and technical documentation.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through better process design and AI-enabled workflows.
