Job summary

Verra Mobility seeks a Technical Product Manager to drive AI-enabled product delivery across our road-safety portfolio. This hands-on role bridges product, engineering, customers and AI workflows, turning complex information into clear requirements and priorities.

Based in Australia with a hybrid setup from home and our South Melbourne head office, you’ll work with engineering on architecture, security and delivery, translate needs into PRDs and Jira items, and identify opportunities to reduce

Qualifications

Experience in technical product management and ownership.
Strong technical literacy across architecture diagrams, API specs, compliance frameworks.
Confident working with engineering teams on software, data, integration, security and delivery decisions.
Familiarity with AI workflows and tools like Atlas Cloud, Claude Code, Power Automate, Chrome MCP.

Responsibilities

Own product outcomes across one or more customer-facing programs.
Translate customer, operational and technical needs into PRDs and Jira backlog items.
Use AI-enabled workflows for requirements synthesis, document analysis, status reporting and specification development.
Work with engineering on architecture, integration, security, compliance and delivery decisions.
Maintain visibility across scope, risks, dependencies, quality and customer outcomes.
Prepare clear executive, customer-facing and technical documentation.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through better process design and AI-enabled workflows.
