Job summary

Breville Group seeks a Group Financial Reporting Manager to lead consolidation and external reporting for the Breville Group, reporting to the General Manager, Global Finance and managing a small team. You will drive ASX reporting, technical accounting, governance, and AI-enabled finance improvements across global entities.

Ideal candidates bring Big 4 or leading mid-tier experience, IFRS expertise, and a track record applying AI to finance processes, with strong communication to senior

Qualifications

• CA/ACA or CPA qualification and degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with Big 4 or leading mid-tier firms at Manager/Senior Manager level or recently transitioned to commerce.
• Experience with ASX-listed clients or large, complex organisations.
• Strong IFRS and statutory reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation and reporting of Group financial results to senior management, the Board and Audit & Risk Committee.
• Oversee Group half year and full year ASX reporting and coordination of the Annual Report.
• Drive AI-enabled reporting, automation and process improvements across Group Finance.
• Manage external audit and half-year review with external auditors.
• Develop and coach Group Financial Reporting team; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled reporting solutions and automation across Group Finance.
