Minter Ellison invites applications for a Discovery and Data Intelligence Consultant to join our team in Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney with hybrid work arrangements. You will manage discovery workflows, support legal teams with technology-enabled solutions, and work on high-profile matters for leading organisations.

Formación

• 1–2 years demonstrated experience in litigation, legal-adjacent services, legal technology, eDiscovery, or technology consulting.
• Proficient technical skills in document and database management, including experience with eDiscovery platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Attend matter kick-off meetings and document technical requirements and workflows.
• Quality assure vendor-processed data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Process documents and data using eDiscovery platforms.
• Perform advanced searches, filtering and culling to identify relevant documents.
• Set up review databases from established templates and workflows.
• Provide introductory database training to legal teams and clients.
• Support the production of documents in required formats and specifications.
• Follow established protocols to ensure compliance with professional standards and court requirements.
• Liaise with legal teams to understand matter requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Support senior team members in client meetings and presentations.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Document workflows and processes to support knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to team discussions on process improvements and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate with forensic partners when matters require digital forensic expertise.
