Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive delivery coordination across a complex, multi-workstream technology programme in North Ryde, NSW, Australia. You will manage integrated schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications across Business, Technical, External Systems and AI workstreams, ensuring progress remains visible and on track.

The role requires 8–12 years of project management experience in healthcare/tech

Qualificações

8-12 years of project management experience in complex technology environments.
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors, dependencies and delivery timelines.
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, release management and change control.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent certification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain an integrated project plan covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies and risks.
Facilitate workstream meetings and stakeholder updates with clear agendas and outcomes.
Coordinate with business, technology, AI teams and external system owners to sequence activities.
Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, dashboards and executive reporting.
Identify delivery risks and blockers, escalate with recommendations and mitigations.
Support sprint or milestone tracking, testing coordination, release readiness and cutover planning.
Ensure deliverables are defined, tracked, reviewed and accepted per governance and quality standards.
Promote disciplined delivery and transparent communication across all workstreams.
