Covetrus, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer (Analyst/Programmer) in Sydney, Australia to join the Development team. You will work on customer-facing platforms, core systems, and integrations across Australia and New Zealand, applying AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery.

You will own end-to-end small to medium projects, collaborate with business stakeholders, and design maintainable solutions while ensuring quality through testing and UAT. Hybrid work and dog-friendly offices are offered.

Formación

• Commercial software development experience with solid design, relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with APIs, file-based and message-based interfaces.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools and code review practices.
• Ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Disciplined testing, UAT, and production release mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own small to medium projects from requirements through release and handover.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify scope and acceptance criteria.
• Build and modify features, integrations and automations across the stack.
• Develop integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Plan releases and ensure proper documentation and handover.
