Infosys Limited is seeking an experienced DevOps, Platform Engineering and SRE Consultant with AI capabilities to lead enterprise client engagements. You will establish AI-enabled engineering practices, modern DevSecOps capabilities, and robust SRE foundations while shaping transformation roadmaps and architectures across cloud platforms.

The role combines consulting leadership with hands-on engineering depth in CI/CD/CT, automation, IaC, observability and developer productivity tools.

Qualifications

12+ years of information technology experience, including substantial DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, SRE, cloud engineering, systems integration or technology transformation.
Proven experience leading enterprise consulting engagements, assessments, roadmaps, operating-model design and implementation.
Strong hands-on understanding of CI/CD/CT, release engineering, deployment automation, infrastructure as code and software engineering practices.
Experience with engineering platforms and tools such as Git, Maven/Gradle, Artifactory/Nexus, GitHub, GitLab and Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet or similar automation technologies.
Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, AKS, Docker and cloud-native platforms.
Strong cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP, including architecture, scaling, high availability and security.
SRE knowledge including SLIs/SLOs, incident management, capacity planning and reliability improvement.
Experience enabling AI-assisted engineering or operational workflows using Copilot capabilities or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise consulting engagements including assessments, roadmaps, operating-model design and implementation.
Shape Agile/DevOps transformation strategies and create maturity models and playbooks.
Architect and enable modern engineering platforms with CI/CD/CT pipelines across multiple tech stacks and cloud providers.
Drive automation across build, release, deployment, infrastructure provisioning and observability.
Mentor delivery teams in AI-enabled engineering practices and Copilot/AI tooling usage.
Engage with senior client stakeholders to influence decisions and promote modern engineering adoption.
Capture and share reusable assets, patterns and best practices across engagements.
