Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking a Senior Manager in Sales Enablement to translate sales strategy into practical programs across Retail, Mobile and Inside Sales. You’ll partner with sales leaders to build tools, processes and insights that improve coaching and broker performance.

You’ll embed GTMs and drive AI-enabled capability, turning performance data into actionable outcomes across teams. You’ll bring strong program management, stakeholder influence and analytical skills to a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement or related commercial roles.
• Experience turning priorities into programs that boost performance.
• Strong program management across cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical skills using performance data, dashboards and KPIs.
• Excellent communication; able to simplify complex info for frontline teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy into execution with actionable sales enablement programs.
• Map broker and customer journeys; create tools and coaching guides.
• Embed GTMs and change adoption plans for new propositions.
• Build AI capability and embed approved AI tools into workflows.
• Equip sales leaders with tools, insights and resources to coach.
• Turn data into action across leads, pipeline and conversion.
• Create clear communications for leadership forums and cascades.
• Drive continuous improvement through pilots and retrospectives.
• Collaborate across Sales, GTM, Product, Operations, Analytics, Learning & Capability, Technology, Risk & Compliance and Communications.
