Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medical Communications, Medical Education, or Medical Affairs.
• Experience creating medical communications deliverables including slide decks, summaries, modules, and digital content.
• Strong understanding of medical affairs strategy, scientific platform alignment, and regulatory considerations for HCP and patient communications.
• Ability to assess visual and written content holistically, balancing data integrity with audience engagement.
• Exceptional written communication with structured critique and editorial guidance.

Responsibilities

• Author and review medical education materials and digital content.
• Assess AI-generated medical communications for accuracy, balance, and compliance.
• Evaluate messaging, tone, clarity, and visual presentation for HCP vs patient audiences.
• Trace claims and visuals to literature, trials, and summaries to verify sources.
• Provide structured feedback on strengths, deficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate to develop benchmarks, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks.
