Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering chapters and developing engineers.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Entra (Azure AD) and modern auth protocols.
• Genuine understanding of DevSecOps and pipeline development.
• Proven ability to automate and reduce manual effort in capability builds.
• Experience applying AI tooling in software development.

Responsibilities

• Chapter Leadership: build capability, hire, onboard, coach, and manage performance.
• Technical Leadership: mentor across identity services and modern engineering practices.
• Engineering Practices and DevSecOps: set standards, secure-by-design, CI/CD and quality controls.
• Automation and Continuous Improvement: sponsor automation to streamline production readiness.
• AI-Enabled Engineering: promote AI tooling in design, development, testing, and ops.
• Strategic Delivery and Collaboration: own initiatives and coordinate across locations.
