Job summary

IGO is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead design and delivery of the target IT operating model. You will set reference architecture, patterns and integration standards across the IT function, collaborating with data, infrastructure, security and applications leads to enable AI-enabled operations and scalable platforms.

You will champion infrastructure as code, zero-trust security, and governance while driving automation, open‑stack integration, and self‑hosted model deployment

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on proficiency across the full IT stack, from concept to running system.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and declarative operations (Terraform, GitOps).
• Expertise in agentic AI-integrated operations and platform foundations.

Responsibilities

• Design the target architecture across the IT environment and set shared standards.
• Collaborate with data, infrastructure, security and applications leads to align architecture.
• Build the automation and orchestration layer to carry operational load as code.
• Lead AI-enabled reference architecture and self-hosted model deployment.
• Drive automation to transform manual operations into self‑correcting systems.
• Ensure scalable IT environments with governed baselines.
• Uplift capability across the broader IT function.
