Job summary

DentalMonitoring in Sydney, Australia seeks a Customer Experience Specialist with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to help shape the next generation of AI-driven orthodontic care used by doctors worldwide.

You will respond to inquiries across channels, resolve issues, and develop deep product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations. You will maintain records in CRM, share insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, and drive a seamless, proactive customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role or a similar customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for DM customers and respond to inquiries via email, phone, instant message and other channels.
• Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our software and provide informative support and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to influence product, sales and roadmap improvements.
• Customize new office accounts after sale.
• Drive a seamless customer experience to improve satisfaction.
• Perform metric analysis and monitor usage to identify training needs.
• Maintain high-quality communication to foster long-term engagement.
