Job summary

Pitcher Partners is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to collaborate across the business, analyse requirements, and deliver solutions. The role supports process improvements and will drive initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. The position is 12-month fixed term with potential extension, within the Project Management Office and IT Services teams.

You will engage with stakeholders, map processes, and contribute to change management while supporting AI adoption across the firm.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Exposure to project management and process improvement projects.
• Awareness or experience with Process Automation techniques and technologies.
• Experience in Business Process Modelling and reengineering.
• Strong analytical skills to gather, validate, and document requirements and model processes.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Excellent communication to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
• Model and document business processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate requirements across the firm.
• Collaborate with IT and other business functions to align projects.
• Map processes to remove pain points and ensure scope fits objectives.
• Coordinate project activities, training, and communications; manage risks and issues.
• Provide regular project status reports to management.
• Support change management and PMO best practices.
