Job summary

Bluefin Resources is seeking two Automation Engineers for major AI-driven automation initiatives in Australia. The role requires in-office work 2 days a week, initially a 6-month contract with possible extension.

This hands-on position focuses on implementing and scaling intelligent automation, AI agents, CI/CD and release automation within engineering squads. Responsibilities include designing and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Harness; AI-driven testing

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience in Automation, DevOps or Software engineering.
Strong Azure DevOps background.
CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Harness or similar tools.
Understanding of AI / AI automation.
Software engineering experience; Python development is highly desirable.
Experience with ServiceNow Change Management is desirable.
Experience with pipelines, templates and automation.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Harness.
Design and implement AI-driven testing and automated release orchestration across platforms.
Configure service connections, REST API integrations, and secure credential management.
Connect Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions with ServiceNow.
