Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking two AI Developers to join a high-profile federal program delivering AI-enabled solutions, automation, and intelligent tools. The roles focus on Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, and AI Agents to drive digital transformation and enterprise-wide adoption of generative AI.

You will design, build, deploy and maintain AI-powered applications, integrating with SharePoint, Teams and other systems, while ensuring privacy and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, AI Agents and Copilot technologies.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and enterprise AI delivery.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy Azure AI Foundry agents tailored to business requirements.
• Develop AI solutions for document drafting, summarisation, workflow automation and decision support.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and other systems.
• Develop and maintain prompts, workflows, templates and agent configurations.
• Build and maintain code supporting AI-enabled applications and services.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with privacy, security and responsible AI standards.
• Support architectural reviews and transition-to-service activities.
• Contribute to benefits realisation, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance, adoption and outcomes.
• Support user onboarding, training and change management.
