Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager - AI to join our Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI team in a 12-month fixed-term role. You will lead the delivery of high-impact AI initiatives, shaping the AI roadmap and coordinating cross-functional teams across data, analytics, ML and automation.

In this role, you will manage the delivery cadence, governance and budgets, ensuring timely outcomes aligned to business objectives and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years IT experience, including ≥5 years managing technical programs or delivery squads.
• Fluency across the AI landscape: generative AI, ML, automation.
• Strong Lean/Agile delivery experience with short experiment-to-production cycles.
• Bachelor degree in a related technology field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of AI initiatives from discovery to production.
• Own the AI delivery roadmap and quarterly planning cadence.
• Define scope, success measures, timelines and benefits with sponsors.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across business and technology, including executive reporting.
• Drive AI governance, risk management, value realisation and best-practice delivery across the AI portfolio.
