Job summary

Sky is seeking a Cloud/AI Platform Operations Engineer to keep production AI services reliable and secure. You will own the platform, deploy pipelines, and monitor workloads with a strong focus on cost efficiency and security.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, primarily using AWS, with opportunities to leverage Azure or Google Cloud. The role emphasizes platform operations, incident management, and collaboration with AI engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience in DevOps or production support in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, source control, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with containerised environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and related platforms.
• Strong Linux, networking, APIs, identity, secrets, and cloud security knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure for production AI services.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Operate containerised applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, or similar platforms.
• Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and improve reliability, including AI-specific signals.
