Job summary

Milestone IT Limited, partnering with a large retail organisation, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an initial 6-month contract with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence to support technology initiatives and business transformation projects.

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, gather requirements, map processes, and identify opportunities to leverage AI to deliver measurable value and improved efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex business or technology environments.
• Experience with AI-related initiatives and translating AI opportunities into business value.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process mapping and automation opportunities.
