Job summary

AXTON Finance Pty Ltd is seeking an Analyst Programmer to design, build and maintain the technology behind our brokerage. You will turn business requirements into reliable, well-documented technical solutions and ensure performance and security of our tech environment.

You will analyse processes, design scalable integrations across CRM, telephony, and Microsoft 365, and build automated workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n and Power Automate, with AI-powered agents and LLM tools integrated into

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
1+ year of full-time experience in programming, systems integration or automation development.
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and JSON data.
Experience with SQL and relational databases.
Experience building workflow automations (Zapier, Make, Power Automate).
Strong documentation skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

Analyse business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and design scalable technical solutions.
Design, write, test and maintain code, scripts and connectors that integrate business platforms via REST APIs and webhooks.
Build and maintain automated workflows using Zapier, Make, n8n and Power Automate.
Develop, deploy and maintain AI-powered agents and LLM-based tools embedded in business operations.
Design and manage systems architecture and Azure cloud infrastructure; host internal web apps.
