As an AI Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving AI innovation across our OSS environment. Combining hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, you will design, build, and implement AI‑powered automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable intelligent decision‑making, and deliver measurable business value. Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled automation solutions, including agentic workflows, AI assistants, intelligent automation capabilities, and reusable engineering assets.
Build and maintain Graph RAG, semantic search, knowledge retrieval, and knowledge management capabilities that support trusted enterprise AI outcomes.
Lead proof‑of‑concepts, pilots, and production implementations while establishing best practices across AI engineering, evaluation, testing, observability, governance, and operational controls.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, automation specialists, and delivery teams while collaborating with architecture, security, data, and platform stakeholders.
Hands‑on experience delivering AI automation, software engineering, integration, data engineering, or technology solutions within complex enterprise environments.
Strong technical expertise across APIs, workflow orchestration, CI/CD, event‑driven architectures, prompt engineering, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows.
Experience with Graph RAG, vector databases, knowledge retrieval, semantic search, metadata management, and modern AI engineering practices, ideally within AWS and Amazon Bedrock environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, mentor, and lead technical teams while remaining actively involved in solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
