Boyce, a leading Australian advisory firm, is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to design, build and deploy AI-enabled solutions that deliver real, measurable business outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Technology, this senior role combines hands-on delivery with autonomy across the Microsoft ecosystem.

You’ll design AI agents and intelligent workflows, build Power Platform solutions, and develop data pipelines and reporting to underpin analytics.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience designing and deploying production AI agents.
Strong Microsoft ecosystem knowledge: Power Platform, Azure AI services.
Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and AI integration.
Data modelling, reporting and analytics experience.
Understanding governance, privacy, security in regulated environments.
Ability to manage end-to-end delivery and communicate complex concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms.
Experience in professional services, financial services, or advisory environments.

Responsibilities

Designing and deploying AI agents and intelligent workflows that reduce manual effort and improve advice delivery.
Building Power Platform solutions to support internal and client-facing processes.
Developing data pipelines, semantic models and reporting to underpin analytics and AI outputs.
Integrating AI solutions with core business systems via secure APIs.
Ensuring governance, security, and privacy compliance.
Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver solutions with clear business impact.
Supporting uplift in AI capability across the firm through documentation and knowledge sharing.
