Your Role:

• Deliver professional customer service in-person, via phone, or email.
• Assist clients in planning seamless experiences.
• Prepare and manage client itineraries and needs.
• Maintain meticulous records in line with government regulations and company policies.
• Organize and manage files effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries across various channels (email, phone, messaging) in a timely and professional manner.
• Support clients with booking modifications, cancellations, and special travel requests.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding destinations, travel documentation, and agency processes.
• Follow up with clients to confirm travel plans and gather feedback post-trip.
• Address concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Complete required Certification program in a timely manner.
• Complete and maintain agent registrations with vendors and suppliers.
• Laptop, Computer, or Smart Phone with reliable internet access is required.
• Ability to manage your time effectively and stay organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Personal travel experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Previous experience in hospitality and/or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Credentials, E & O Insurance (Required by law), Licensing, and Certifications.
