Job summary

RMJ Haulage Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable Agitator Driver to join our Mt Cotton team. You will safely operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck, delivering pre-mixed concrete across the region.

Responsibilities include pre-start checks, on-site delivery, paperwork, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to WHS policies. This is a full-time role with early starts and rostered Saturdays, offering security and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• HR licence is required.
• White Card (Construction Induction) is required.
• Experience as agitator driver or similar driving role is valued.
• Good driving history.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to compliance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work early starts, with rostered Saturdays.

We have just increased our fleet and seeking a reliable and safety-focused Agitator Driver to join our team in Mt Cotton. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of pre-mixed concrete to our valued customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck in a safe and professional manner

Deliver concrete to job sites ensuring product quality and timely arrival

Perform pre-start checks, daily maintenance, and cleaning of the vehicle

Complete required paperwork, including delivery dockets and basic reporting

Provide excellent customer service and represent Wagners professionally on site

Adhere to all WHS, environmental, and company policies and procedures

About you

Valid HR driver's licence (MUST)

White Card (Construction Induction)

Previous experience as an agitator driver or in a similar driving role is highly regarded

Good driving history

Strong safety mindset and commitment to compliance

Good communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work early starts, with rostered Saturdays

Competitive annual salary opportunities for income growth + 12% Super = $112,694.40 including super

Full-time, secure employment working 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
