Job description

Every day is different‑there's nothing routine about this role!

• Hours: This is a full‑time position, working Monday - Friday and rostered Saturdays. Approx 55-60 hours per week.
• Pay: We pay an hourly rate of $30.75 on a weekly pay cycle.
• Customer Interaction: Driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You'll meet lots of different personalities every day, so being comfortable with new people is a must.
• Technology: We provide cutting‑edge technology to keep you safe, help you map your routes, and track your loads.
• Training: All new hires go through a 10-day training program with our experienced driver trainers before hitting the road solo.

About You

• Medical Check: Able to pass a pre‑employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg sites).
• Safety: Some of our trucks have driver weight limits on their seats and seatbelts. For safety reasons, you may need to be under a specified weight for these trucks.
