Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to lead Agile uplift across multiple support teams in Port Melbourne, Melbourne. You will engage stakeholders, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement in an industrial/manufacturing context.

Working in IT operations and service delivery, you will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote Agile practices using Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Must be an Australian citizen due to client industry.
• Proven experience coaching multiple Agile teams.
• Experience facilitating ceremonies and workshops.
• Experience in IT operations, application support, or service delivery.
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist the team in identifying and removing obstacles to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between team deliverables and business objectives.
• Monitor and report on team performance and project progress.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
• Support the adoption of Agile tools and techniques across the organisation.
• Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within the industrial and manufacturing industry.
