Overview

Agile Delivery Lead - Digital Solutions role at Blake Oliver Consulting. Blake Oliver Consulting has been engaged by a leading enterprise organisation to appoint a Digital Senior Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead into a major transformation program. This Gold Coast-based role is focused on simplifying a complex digital platform by consolidating multiple legacy applications into a single integrated solution.

This isn’t a traditional PM role. You’ll be embedded with two engineering squads, guiding delivery day to day, running Agile ceremonies, and keeping projects aligned to outcomes. The role balances delivery governance, RAID management, and senior stakeholder engagement with the need to stay close enough to the engineering detail to support teams through technical conversations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day delivery across two engineering squads based on the Gold Coast.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery outcomes on a high-profile digital simplification program.
• Manage RAID, project governance, and delivery reporting.
• Support platform integration and consolidation across legacy systems.
• Work closely with technical leads and business stakeholders to keep delivery on track.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Project Manager / Agile Delivery Lead in digital or technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to engage confidently with engineering teams; technical fluency is essential.
• Proven background leading squads or small teams in complex digital environments.
• Comfortable balancing Agile and Waterfall styles where needed.
