Due to ongoing growth and increased staff needs across Adelaide’s Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern suburbs, we are seeking Qualified Home & Community Aged Care Workers with exceptional customer service skills to support our aged care customers in their homes.
Must Have:
Your own registered, insured vehicle.
Roadworthy Vehicle Test (conducted at your cost before starting – mandatory for this role).
Vehicle less than 20 years old.
First-Aid & CPR.
Some Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Personal care (assisting with dressing, showering, and grooming)
Medication assistance
Planning and preparing meals
Encouraging and facilitating social engagement
Helping with light domestic duties (vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms)
Contributing to support plans to fit customers’ needs
Skills & Experience:
A passion for looking after and caring for people
Willingness to learn new skills on the job and through training
Exceptional time management skills
Certificate III in Individual Support/Community Services OR currently studying Bachelor/Master of Social Work (or equivalent)
Previous experience in aged care or community care is advantageous.
