Kirinari Community Services seeks experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to support older Australians to stay independent and safe at home. You will assist with daily tasks, personal care, meals, transportation and social activities, building trusted relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Caring and person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Support older Australians to maintain independence and quality of life.
• Assist with domestic tasks and personal care.
• Prepare meals and transport to appointments.
• Assist with shopping, errands and community participation.
• Provide social support and companionship.
• Work directly in clients' homes and communities.
