Kirinari Community Services Ltd. is seeking experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe at home. You will work directly with clients in their homes and communities, delivering personal care, domestic support, meal prep and social companionship.

Formación

• At least 2 years’ experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A caring and person-centred approach.
• Excellent time management and reliability.
• Genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR and National Police Check.
• NDIS Worker Check and Australian working rights.

Responsabilidades

• Support older Australians to maintain independence and quality of life.
• Assist with domestic tasks and personal care.
• Provide meal preparation and transport to appointments.
• Support shopping, errands, community participation and social activities.
• Work directly in clients’ homes and communities to help achieve goals.
• Promote safety, dignity and wellbeing in daily activities.
