Qualifications

• Education: Cert III or higher in Aged Care, Disability Support, or Community Services.
• Certification: Current First Aid and CPR.
• Transport: Valid Australian drivers licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of Personal Care Assistance or home care.
• Eligibility: Full rights to work in Australia and a current Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assisting with showering, grooming, and dressing.
• Mobility Support: Helping with transfers and safe movement.
• Domestic Assistance: Light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Community Access: Providing transport for errands, shopping, and medical appointments.
• Clinical Support: Medication reminders and observing/reporting changes in health.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate shift notes and progress reports.
