Job summary

Estia Health in Australia is seeking dedicated Care Workers to join our aged care homes. You may be rostered in traditional Care Worker shifts or blended Care and Nutrition shifts, with the pay rate identical for both roles.

You'll support residents with daily activities, meals, treatments, and dignity, while maintaining privacy and strong documentation. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is preferred, and prior caregiving experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life and meals for residents.
• Support those with challenging needs as part of the care team.
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active.
