Ideal candidates will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, strong documentation skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living, meals and hydration.
• Support residents with mobility and activities.
• Monitor health and assist with treatments as needed.
• Provide companionship and respect privacy and dignity.
