Qualifications

• Possess a Certificate III in Allied Health or hold a similar qualification.
• Previous experience in Residential Aged Care.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible with start and finish times.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Empathy and ability to relate to the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of therapy programs including group and individual activities.
• Assist in assessing residents' needs and preferences and help develop appropriate programs.
• Supervise volunteers who are assisting with the program.
• Complete documentation and reporting related to the role.
• Communicate with Allied Health and Clinical teams on program outcomes.
