Job summary

Calvary Health Care in Adelaide is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and coordinate high-quality care for residents across the home. You will support the Clinical Care Coordinator and RN to ensure each resident’s needs and preferences are respected with dignity and respect.

The role is open to Endorsed Enrolled Nurses or Personal Care Workers with appropriate qualifications, Monday–Friday, 75 hours per fortnight.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Enrolled Nursing with APRHA Registration to administer medication.
• High level of commitment, integrity and trustworthiness.
• Effective listening and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide social and emotional support to residents.
• Coordinate care across the home including medication management, nutrition and hydration, and pressure area care.
• Lead/supervise care on the shift within their wing or area.
• Perform medicine-related tasks in line with scope of practice and Calvary policies.
