Job summary

Dovida Australia is seeking a caring Caregiver to support older people and individuals living with a disability in their own homes across regional Victoria. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and help maintain independence with respect and sensitivity.

We offer local work with flexible hours, paid above award rates, and a comprehensive in-house training program to help you grow. Join a supportive team and make a meaningful difference in your community.

Qualifications

• Must be located within Shepperton, Albury and Wodonga and willing to travel.
• Available Monday–Friday for at least 3 days from 7am.
• Own a laptop/tablet and mobile phone to access apps.
• Must have a valid Australian open driver license and access to a reliable car with insurance.
• Permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and daily personal support in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily tasks and basic personal care as needed.
• Support clients with appointments, errands and mobility within home.

• Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
• Must be located within Shepperton, Albury and Wodonga and willing to travel a reasonable distance from client to client.
• Must be available within Monday-Friday for a minimum of 3 days from 7am onwards.
• Must have a laptop/tablet and mobile smart phone to be able to navigate through various applications.
• Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
