Job summary

Churches of Christ in Queensland – Toowoomba QLD is seeking a Service Manager to lead our 94-bed aged care community through growth, stability and cultural change. You will build an engaged workforce, develop leadership capability and create an environment where staff feel valued and empowered to deliver exceptional experiences for residents and their families.

Working with your Regional Manager and specialist teams, you'll have the autonomy to drive service performance, governance and quality

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, diverse teams in aged care.
• Proven ability to drive culture, performance and continuous improvement.
• Strong operational and commercial acumen with budgeting and rostering experience.
• Ability to navigate complex people matters and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
• Ensure quality, safety, governance and regulatory standards.
