Job summary

Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our residential aged care homes in Broken Hill, NSW. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care under a Clinical Manager, supporting residents with compassionate, holistic services.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in Aged Care with knowledge of chronic conditions, palliative and dementia care.
• Strong clinical focus in assessing, planning and implementing client care.
• Demonstrated skills in care planning and evaluation documentation.
• Competence in medication management and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Committed to caring for older people to help them live their best lives.
• Available to work all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical and holistic care to residents.
• Liaise with medical practitioners, families and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure personalised care.
• Provide supervision and support to care team members under Clinical Manager.
• Maintain dignity, respect and compassionate engagement with residents.
