NGARE EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD in Bathurst, NSW, seeks an experienced aged care Registered Nurse to lead and grow our care team in an established residence. You will advise and support staff to deliver tailored resident care, reporting to the Care Manager and ensuring dignity and wellbeing.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, 2+ years in aged care, and WHS knowledge, with strong computer skills and a First Aid certificate. Eligible to work in Australia is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse DIV 1 with current AHPRA registration.
• 2+ years experience in aged care settings.
• Proficiency with iCare software (desirable).
• Understanding of WHS responsibilities and manual handling.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise care staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Advise on and coordinate resident-focused care planning.
• Build partnerships with residents while respecting dignity and wellbeing.
• Coordinate care within a supportive team.
• Provide complex clinical care including wound dressing and medications.
• Enter reports and observations into the iCare system.
• Evaluate and update care plans as residents' needs change.
