Qualifications
- Current AHPRA registration with no conditions.
- National Police Clearance.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- First Aid Certificate / CPR.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with policies and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate, implement, and evaluate care plans and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client needs.
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
- Practise safely within scope and policies.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge through CPD.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff.
- Support student placements and agency staff induction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, staff and management.
- Escalate incidents and ensure timely reporting.
